Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made or pre-order items may require additional processing time (details listed on the product page).

Shipping Carrier:

  • Parcels are shipped via Australia Post (AusPost).

  • Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping (if applicable): Varies by destination.

Shipping Fees:

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight/delivery address.

  • Free standard shipping may apply during promotions.

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking number is sent via email/SMS upon dispatch.

  • Customers must monitor tracking and contact AusPost for delivery issues after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:

  • Not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a parcel is lost/marked "delivered" but not received, contact AusPost first to file an investigation. We’ll assist where possible.


Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in our products but enforce strict policies due to the nature of boutique ethnic wear.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Accepted only for:

    • Damaged items

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect items shipped

  • Not accepted: Change of mind, wrong size, color variations, or buyer’s remorse.

Return Request Procedure:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery via:

  2. Provide order details + clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Mandatory: Include an unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened fully.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact.

  • Non-returnable: Custom-made, altered, or sale items.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours.

  • Use a tracked service (recommended: AusPost).


Refunds

  • Approved returns are processed as:

    • Store credit (valid 12 months), or

    • Exchange (subject to availability).

  • Refunds to the original payment method are issued only if replacement/fulfillment isn’t possible.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled/changed within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, orders are final and cannot be modified (processing begins promptly).
