Lost or Delayed Parcels:

Not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If a parcel is lost/marked "delivered" but not received, contact AusPost first to file an investigation. We’ll assist where possible.

Mandatory: Include an unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened fully.
Return Conditions:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact.

Non-returnable: Custom-made, altered, or sale items.
Return Shipping:

Customer covers return shipping unless the error is ours.

Use a tracked service (recommended: AusPost).
Refunds

Approved returns are processed as:

Store credit (valid 12 months), or

Exchange (subject to availability).

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only if replacement/fulfillment isn’t possible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled/changed within 12 hours of purchase.
